April Favorites!

This has been one of my favorites for a while now, but this month I’ve been really focusing a bit more on getting points each day so I can get more stuff for the baby. 450 swagbucks will get you a $5 amazon gift card. It racks up quickly depending on how much you use it. Normally I will do the toolbar, daily poll, NOSO, and search and it gives me about 13 points and takes about 5 minutes. This month I’ve been doing a search early in the morning to get 6-12 points and then searching again at night and it gives me another chunk of points. Anyway, check it out for yourselves. Since 2011 I’ve gotten $90 in amazon gift cards. You can get way more than that I have only spent a short amount of time getting the swagbucks. I usually cash out once a year (in July) for Jaidan’s birthday. I got this one for free just the other day from using my swagbucks. I love it SO much! I was going to get it for the baby but I’m giving this one to Jaidan and will get more for the baby. It’s soft and lightweight and matches his bedding perfectly. Aden & Anais Swaddle Blanket

So I guess this will be my second favorite for April. Aden & Anais Swaddle blanket, although I’m not using it to swaddle anyone just yet. I have used the regular small swaddle/receiving blankets with Jaidan and they were such awful quality I didn’t even keep them after Jaidan was no longer swaddled. I can already tell these are much better quality. They are a bit pricey ($28 for this one) but I feel it’s worth it. I’d rather pay more for one good blanket than less for a bunch of crappy blankets. I actually think I’m going to give this one to Jaidan because it matches his sheets and it’s big but lightweight and he really is not a covers kid.

Radian Diono Car Seat

We finally got Jaidan a new car seat and it’s great! I mean, I don’t sit in it so I have no idea how it really feels but he complained of his other one always hurting him and he says he loves this one. If you are looking for a slim convertible car seat, this is it. It rear faces 5-45lbs and forward faces 20-80 lbs. It’s also a booster up to 120lbs! Whoa, if I was pregnant I guess I could sit in it. 😛 We got it on amazon for $280 but it’s actually cheaper than that right now on amazon. This cobalt blue is $239.99. Ugh, I’m so sad we paid $40 more for it. That seems expensive but trust me, it’s worth it. We spent only $30 on a cheap car seat after Jaidan’s infant seat and it was a royal pain, not to mention uncomfortable for him. This one will last him the rest of the time he’s in a car seat/booster.

youtube

Not just YouTube in general. I have ‘friends’ that I follow on YouTube and I’ve really been loving following them lately. Most of them are TTC youtubers and a couple of them are pregnant, a couple are pregnant with TWINS and then a couple are going through IVF right now. They were so inspiring to me while I was TTC and I haven’t wanted to stop following them just because I’m pregnant.

I guess that’s all for April. I’m a little late in posting this!
